Peter Wille Jr

My passion for automotive repair began at a young age. Growing up in a family-owned automotive business, I learned the trade from my father, a mechanic and business owner who instilled in me the values of hard work, integrity, and quality workmanship. I started riding and fixing my dirt bikes at 13 and was repairing and maintaining cars by the age of 15.

Today, with more than 20 years of hands-on automotive experience, I take pride in delivering high-quality repairs and maintenance that are done thoroughly and correctly the first time. I believe in honest service, attention to detail, and treating every vehicle with the same level of care I would expect for my own.

Beyond repairing vehicles, I believe respect is the foundation of every successful business. Building a workplace where people are treated fairly, feel valued, and are shown genuine respect is just as important to me as delivering exceptional service to our customers. Gary Gronow brings an exceptional 47 years of experience in the automotive industry, built on a lifelong commitment to doing things properly — both under the hood and across the service counter. Gary began his career in Sidney, British Columbia, and has now returned to the community to build the shop he has always envisioned: a place where outstanding workmanship, genuine customer care, and a strong team culture come together.

With Gary, quality repairs are never rushed and communication is never an afterthought. He believes customers deserve clear explanations, honest recommendations, and the confidence of knowing their vehicle has been repaired correctly the first time. His approach is rooted in old-school service values: answer the phone, keep people informed, stand behind the work, and treat every customer with respect.
